Our Service Philosophy

We provide a professional fitting service in good faith, assessing needs and imparting expert advice on footwear suited to your specific foot type and size.
Our aim is to educate our customers on the benefits and features of their purchase.
Given the time and expertise invested in this bespoke service, we do not price match online retailers.

1. Special Orders (Ordered by Request)

Items ordered specifically for a customer from a manufacturer are considered Final Sale.

These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are ordered based on a verified fit and style approved by the customer in-store.

All special orders must be paid for in advance.

2. Sale & Clearance Stock

Items purchased at a discount or from clearance are Final Sale.

We do not offer exchanges, credit notes, or refunds for “change of mind” on these items.

3. In-Store Stock (Unwanted Items)

For regular, full-price items kept in our daily inventory.

Exchange or Credit Note: Offered within 7 days of purchase.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn condition.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt is required for all transactions.

Exclusions: Where alterations or adaptations have been made, returns are only accepted for faulty materials or defects.

The Brooks “Run Happy” Exception:

• As an authorised retailer, we honour the Brooks 90-Day Promise.

• If you are not satisfied with your Brooks shoes, you may return them within 90 days of purchase—even if you have run in them—for a full refund or exchange.

• Requirements: You must provide your original Precious Soles receipt.

 4. Faulty Items

Precious Soles complies fully with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
