Returns policy.

An outline of our returns policy.

Please note that we provide a fitting service in good faith, where we assess our customers needs and impart all the advice and benefit of individual footwear that suits their foot type and size. Our aim is to educate our customers so that they understand the benefits and features of their purchase. The time and effort we put in to providing this service means, we cannot price-match the same items found online. If you wish to return the item a credit note or exchange is offered. For specific conditions on returns, please see the following terms.

 

Faulty items.

Precious Soles will only accept returns on any items deemed to be faulty from the time of manufacture, within 40 days of purchase.

If you wish to return an item later than 40 days after purchase, either you will need proof that the fault occurred before the 40-day period, or the product will have to be left with us to then be analysed by the manufacturer. In this case, a decision will be made by them on whether there is a fault in the manufacturing process, a fault with the materials, or if the footwear has had unreasonable wear applied to it. This process can take up to a few weeks.

 

Unwanted items.

Unwanted items without proof of fault must be brought back within 7 days of purchase in original packaging and condition. We will then process this for a credit note or exchange only.

Where alterations or adaptations have been done, a refund will only be issued for faulty materials or manufacture.

 

All exchanges or refunds must have a valid proof of purchase.

This policy is not in conflict with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
