Shoe-fitting appointments.
For all shoe-fitting appointments, please choose the correct number of children or adults being fitted. If you are booking for both adults and children, please book the appointments one after the other.
In-house clinics.
Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation.
Walk-ins.
We always welcome walk-ins, and we now have a great queueing system in store. When you arrive, there will be a screen facing the window with a QR code on it. Simply scan this code and it will add you to the queue.
Your details are safe.
Between our own GDPR measures and the Appointedd system, your details are always secure. They are not shared with any other company.
When you make an appointment, it will automatically add you to our e-mail mailing list and our loyalty scheme system – Loyalzoo. You will be able to use this application found on iOS and Android. This allows you to track all your purchases as well as gain points for discount rewards. You will be the first to know about new stock arrivals, and any changes that happen in store.
You can opt out of this scheme at any point by sending us an e-mail with your details, and asking us to remove you from those lists.
