You have a dedicated, trained fitter who will listen to your needs and wants. They will discuss with you any foot, lower limb, and back issues that need to be considered. Further consideration is given to any medical information from a medical professional, prescription, orthotics, or splints.

We assess your walking style, your gait, and take 3 different measurements while considering your foot shape and proportions.

If we notice anything that may need addressing, we can refer you to one of our medical partners.

Common questions about HOKA and our services.

Which HOKA products do you stock?

Our in-stock includes running trainers, hiking shoes, and hiking boots. The most popular styles are the Arahi, Bondi, Clifton, and the Gaviota.

If you do not have something, can I order it in?

We are happy to place orders on items that are in stock from our suppliers. These need to be paid for in advance together with a delivery charge applied by our suppliers of £7.00.

Are HOKA shoes worth the money?

Because our priority is your foot health, we consider our range to be invaluable to healthy lower limbs and comfort. While there are similar brands that may be cheaper, HOKA has been endorsed by the Royal College of Podiatry, who actively promotes our safety and well-being when keeping active. For this reason, we believe that they are worth the money.

Are HOKA shoes good for walking?

In our experience, we believe that the technology embedded into their footwear enables you to walk with fewer issues. However, this doesn’t mean to say that it is a one-all solution to your issues. If you are suffering from any condition affecting your lower limbs, it is best to see a professional before coming to see us.

Are HOKA shoes good for wide feet?

Firstly, HOKA shoes come in two main widths for men and women respectively. For men, the normal width is D, while the wider size is denoted by EE. For women, the normal width is B, while the wider size is denoted by D.

The wider sizes are very good for wide feet, especially if you have issues such as rubbing, numbness, or blisters. These are vital signs that you need the extra width.

With that being said, almost all styles come with a removable insole, making this another reason why they are good for wide feet. You can simply replace the insoles with something more accommodating.

Do I need to book an appointment to try on some HOKA footwear?

We allow walk-ins. However, our appointments take priority, so please be advised that you may have to wait.

How much does an adult fitting cost?

Our fitting services are free of charge.

What is your returns policy?

Precious Soles will only accept returns and offer a full refund on any items deemed to be faulty from time of manufacture within 40 days of purchase.
